Rising Above

Peshtigo rises above in its dedication to environmentally sound practices. It is there in the glass that is specially tempered to retain the heat or cool of the units. It is in the way rainwater is channeled for reuse. Most important, it is in the attention to a thousand small choices that make this a truly green building.

The Peshtigo takes green builders higher.

It seems every industry has become obsessed with green. For the developers of The Peshtigo, this building is the latest chapter in what might be called their ever-green story. Having successfully envisioned the first LEED®-certified residential tower in the Midwest, at 340 on the Park, Related brings that expertise to The Peshtigo. Clearly this is not a trend for Related. It is the way they build. In fact, it is the only way to build.

One example of how the Related commitment works. In building 340 on the Park, 82% of its construction waste was recycled, diverting over 2800 tons of waste from landfills.

This part of the Streeterville community is destined to take its rightful place as a world class neighborhood within a world class city. We’re determined to be the best neighbors we can possibly be, taking into account every aspect of the building and the impact on its surroundings.
